Ole Christian Madsens fremstilling af de påståede terrorist-attentater ved Krudttønden og Synagogen i 2015 følger de to ofre, Finn Nørgaard (Lars Brygmann) og Dan Uzan (Adam Buschard), gerningsmanden Omar Abdel Hamid El-Hussein (Albert Arthur Amiryanand) og en (fiktiv) AKS-betjent (Nikolaj Coster Waldau). Jeg undrer mig over, hvorfor en ikke-eksisterende politimands helbred og samlivsproblemer fylder mere end attentatmandens baggrund, som kun nævnes perifert. Måske fordi det var Coster-Waldau, der som plaget actionhelt skulle sælge filmen. Man får i hvert fald betydelig mere ud af at læse Omars wiki (https://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omar_Abdel_Hamid_El-Hussein) end af at se filmen, der overhovedet ikke nævner, at Omar formentlig var mere psykotiker end terrorist.

Ole Christian Madsen’s cinematic version of the alleged terrorist attacks at Krudttønden and the Synagogue (Copenhagen 2015) follows the two victims, Finn Nørgaard (Lars Brygmann) and Dan Uzan (Adam Buschard), the perpetrator Omar Abdel Hamid El-Hussein (Albert Arthur Amiryanand), and a (fictional) police officer (Nikolaj Coster Waldau). I wonder why a non-existent policeman’s health and relationship problems take up more space than the attacker’s periphally mentioned background. Maybe because the casting of Coster-Waldau was meant to sell the film. You definitely get more out of reading Omar’s wiki (https://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omar_Abdel_Hamid_El-Hussein) than watching the film that does not mention that Omar was probably a psychotic rather than a terrorist.
